Elementary
Our academic program is thoughtfully designed to meet students where they are. Instruction in cursive writing begins in first grade supporting cognitive development and fine motor skills. All lessons are grounded in a Biblical worldview which includes Scripture memorization and how to see and understand the world. In addition to traditional core subjects such as language, history, math, science, health, and Bible, our innovative curriculum includes conversational Spanish, computer studies, hands-on science experiments, and rich literature exploration.
Music Class
Teaches and gives the student a greater appreciation of music and how it can be used to worship the Lord (Traditionally, elementary students perform a Christmas Cantata.)
Computer Class
Helps the student understand the proper use of the keyboard along with participating in school approved educational games that help them develop what they are learning in their various classroom subjects
Library Time
Gives the student the opportunity to choose books and to participate in the reading of stories
P.E. Class
Challenges the student both physically and socially with the team concept and the ability to achieve

Students are provided with both a morning snack time and a lunch break each day. Parents may choose to pack their child’s snack and lunch or participate in our school lunch program. Monthly menus are made available outlining the available meal options. Families who utilize the lunch program will need to maintain funds in their child’s lunch account.
NEHS Honor Society
Students in grades fourth through sixth may qualify for the Young Patriots Chapter of the National Elementary Honor Society. The NEHS was established in 2008 by the combined efforts of the National Association of Secondary School Principals and the National Association of Elementary School Principals. At its core the society emphasizes four qualities: Scholarship, Responsibility, Service and Leadership. To be eligible students must have an overall cumulative 90 or above average in their core subjects of math, language, science, spelling, penmanship, history and Bible. Students are not to have any major discipline problems. Students will be required to participate in designated activities. A formal induction ceremony will be held shortly after the school year begins.
